Jeff Frey

Jeff Frey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with an Associate Degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice.  After serving in the United States Marine Corps and as a Deputy Sheriff in Orange County, California, he entered the fitness industry and enjoys consulting and helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Nancy Frey

Nancy Frey graduated Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University in 1992.  She has worked for The Zig Ziglar Corporation and Heritage Publishing located in Dallas, Texas.  From 1994 to 2001 Nancy sold real estate and achieved her CRS, ABR, and GRI.  After taking in foster children, Nancy transitioned from real estate to fitness.  She performs any duties necessary to keep the businesses running smoothly.  Presently she works with Jeff to operate an 85,000 s.f. privately-owned fitness facility, Family Fun and Fitness.   She also assists both Jeff and Rollin with the launch of Game Ready Fitness and Strength for Life Today.  The corporate office is located in McCordsville, Indiana.
