VOLLEYBALL ELITE & ALL STAR GIRLS

In this camp, all of the skills necessary for success on the volleyball court will be developed. High intensity drills will challenge girls to improve their play. Treats, incentives, and fun will motivate the participants to work hard. Competitions and tournaments will be part of this advanced program. Introductory play systems will be covered along with spike hit progressions.

All will improve running form, change of direction and agility. In addition to drills; a variety of workouts will be incorporated including turf, gym, outdoor and in the pool. This camp will combine a disciplined focus balanced with fun and games. Snacks and treats each day, t-shirt or bag. All young athletes should be prepared each day for workouts inside, outside and in the pool.

A committed 8 week focus for the summer. The program is for serious athletes only specifically aimed at preparing each athlete for their upcoming season. Explosive power will be emphasized and coaches will work with you to maximize your goals and specific needs.

The program will combine the intensity of our speed and agility programs with an emphasis on each girl leading herself and supporting others. Coaches will share experiences and build a daily inspiration into the message of leadership and self power.
